New Life Christian Fellowship was founded by Pastors Ernie and Kathy Beers in September of 1980. This vibrant, charismatic church continues to be a place where people encounter God and experience the difference He makes in their lives.

Senior Pastor

Pastor Michael Szymanski

Michael Szymanski is the Senior Pastor of New Life.  He is a graduate of Living Word Training Center in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.  Before stepping into his role as Senior Pastor, he served as Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Elder. Pastor Michael enjoys helping people from all walks of life experience God's rich and powerful presence.  Sharing the harmonious and profound working of God's Word and Spirit together is something that brings great joy to Michael's heart--knowing that it gives God great joy, too!

Pastor Michael is a Delaware native.  He and his wife Kathy have been married for 33 years and have 3 grown children.  He enjoys boating, spending time with his family and currently resides in New Castle, Delaware.

Youth & Young Adult Pastor

Christina VanDyke

Christina VanDyke is the Youth and Young Adult Pastor at New Life. Before stepping into the Youth Leader position, she worked in the medical field as a Nurse Aide until God led her to become a pastor. Her desire is to lead others to the reality of the Father's unconditional love for his kids. Christina is also a worship leader and she loves to pursue the presence of God. One of Christina's passion is interior design and "all things home decor". Anyone who knows her, knows this to be true.

Young Adults Ministry Leader

Paul Szymanski

Paul Szymanski is a young adults ministry leader and a worship leader. He enjoys working with others to activate their gifting's by teaching and impartation. Paul is a Texas Bible Institute (TBI) graduate and shortly after he graduated, he continued to serve at TBI on staff for three years. He loves the game of chess and has a strong obsession with chips and cheese at midnight.
